Close to tram for hiking. Really good view from balcony. Lovely pool and spa area. Owners/staff always helpful. Excellent dinner at good price. Convenient parking. Spacious room with great balcony. Comfortable bed with minibar

The hotel had a great location, with stunning views of the Meran Valley and the Dorf Tirol city. The two pools, including a heated indoor pool, were a fantastic feature, perfect for swimming and relaxing. The hotel's wellness area with saunas was also a great addition. the spacious and clean rooms were a delight, and having a private whirlpool on the balcony with mountain and valley views was a special treat.
The breakfast offered at the hotel was not up to par. There was a lack of variety and the staff seemed disinterested in serving and replenishing the food.

This place is absolutely amazing! We loved the location, as it was very close to the tram that takes you up into the mountains for some incredible hiking. The view from the balcony over the valley and the town below was truly exceptional. We also enjoyed the pool and spa area, which were lovely and provided a relaxing atmosphere.
We had a fantastic stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to our family and friends.

This hotel is a great starting point for hiking in the mountains, as it is very close to a funicular that takes you up for some wonderful hiking experiences. the rooms are spacious and clean, with the added advantage of a private whirlpool on the balcony. the staff are always available and helpful, and the dinner options are excellent. the hotel offers free parking and has a lovely terrace with a view of the mountains.
The breakfast options could be improved, with limited choices and difficulties in replenishing the food and beverages.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was perfect, and the hotel facilities were great. The parking was convenient and easily accessible. The location was ideal, being so very close to the tram that takes you up the mountain for some wonderful hiking. The staff were friendly and always available to help. The breakfast spread was delicious and offered a wide variety of options.
Hard to think of anything negative. The hotel was so good.

The hotel was located in a great spot for exploring the surrounding hiking trails, and the view from the balcony was breathtaking. the staff were always available and helpful if needed, and the dinner was excellent and reasonably priced.
The breakfast was not up to par for a hotel of this caliber. the selection was limited, and the staff seemed uninterested in restocking items or preparing requested dishes like omelets or scrambled eggs.
